Pat Halpern

Pat Halpern has extensive experience in the real estate sector, having been a full-time realtor since 1989. Currently, Pat serves as a realtor at Clark Realty Corporation since January 2013 and has been with Hawaiian Island Homes, Ltd. since January 1994, where Pat holds the GRI and CRS designations. Previously, Pat worked as a realtor with Coldwell Banker Day-Lum Properties from 1990 to 1994. Before entering real estate, Pat had a significant career in education from 1965 to 1989, including roles as a Montessori Teacher and School Director at Calvary Lutheran Montessori School, along with teacher training responsibilities at Chaminade University in Honolulu. Pat holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Colorado State University, earned between 1961 and 1965.
