Marisol Castillo

Marisol Castillo has extensive experience in human resources and office management. Marisol most recently worked as a Sr. Human Resources Business Partner at ClarkDietrich Building Systems since August 2019. Prior to that, they served as the Corporate Human Resources Office Manager at Volvo Construction Equipment from February 2015 to June 2019. In this role, they led HR services, compliance, and safety policy and procedures, and provided guidance on position development, recruitment, retention, training, and counseling. From March 2009 to November 2013, Marisol was the Director of HR & Corp. Compliance at El Valor, where they oversaw a full functioning HR department and reduced unemployment liability. Marisol also has experience as an HR Director, Payroll Specialist, and HR Specialist, working for companies such as Center Home for Hispanic Elders, Leo Burnett, and Tempco. Marisol started their career as an HR Technician II at the County of Riverside from June 1996 to July 2002.
