Ana Markasyan has extensive experience in the field of compensation and human resources. Ana is currently working as the VP of Global Compensation at Clarks, where they lead the compensation team. Prior to this role, Ana held positions such as Director of Global Compensation and Compensation Manager at Clarks.

Ana Markasyan, CCP, SHRM-SCP completed their education with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Hunter College in 2008. Ana further pursued a Master of Science degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Baruch College, which they completed in 2012. In terms of certifications, Ana obtained the Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification from WorldatWork in 2018, followed by the SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM in 2019.
