Andrea Nelson

Andrea Nelson has extensive experience in human resources and compensation, currently serving as VP Global Compensation, Global Ethics Officer, and Global Compensation Director at Jet Aviation since July 2017. Prior to this role, Andrea worked at General Dynamics Shared Resources from May 2004 to July 2017, where responsibilities included HR Manager, overseeing employee relations, organizational development, and compensation. Andrea also held various HR positions at General Dynamics Shared Resources from September 2001 to May 2004, and began a career in human resources at ACAC Fitness & Wellness Center from June 1999 to September 2001. Andrea holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Liberty University.
