Prior roles include significant positions at Philips, where responsibilities spanned from leading mergers and acquisitions rewards initiatives to enhancing sales incentive processes and communications. With a solid foundation in compensation management from prior positions at Teach for America and Danaher, Jeff N. has a proven track record of driving organizational change and successfully integrating newly acquired companies.
