Rodrigo Modesto Duclos has extensive work experience in the telecommunications industry. Rodrigo began their career at Net Sul Comunicações as a Technical Supervisor before moving on to NET Serviços de Comunicação S/A, where they managed network building and maintenance. At Claro Digital and Telet, they worked as a New Services Engineer, developing prepaid services, voice mail platforms, and short message services. Rodrigo also played a role in starting the Mobile Internet project. Rodrigo then joined Promon as a Business Development Manager, focused on the mobile internet segment and developing partnerships. Rodrigo continued their career at CMG Wireless Data Solutions and LogicaCMG, where they held the position of Business Development Manager, promoting mobile internet services and unified communications. Rodrigo later joined NET Oficial as a Technology & Projects Director, implementing the Enterprise PMO and leading the development of project-oriented culture and technology strategy. Rodrigo eventually served as the Chief Digital Officer and beOn Founder at Claro Brasil, where they inspired and guided digital and non-digital teams in building a better company, country, and world through digital product development and full agile practices.

Rodrigo Modesto Duclos obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul, completing their studies from 1986 to 1994. Rodrigo then pursued an MBA in Strategic Marketing from the same university, studying from 1996 to 1999.
