Rob Brockington has over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry. From 2019 to present, they have been the CEO of Claro Money. From 2017 to 2019, they were the Founder & CEO of Finatext UK, where they helped to expand the Japanese Fintech business by founding and building up the first UK entity, reaching 22 staff at peak. Rob also ran 3 different projects with Fintech scope, including running a data science unit. From 2015 to 2017, they were the Global Head Cash Equities Production Services at HSBC Global Banking and Markets, managing the global equities team across New York, London, Hong Kong, with additional staff in China and India. From 2010 to 2015, they were the Equities Algo/DMA Trading App Support Lead at Deutsche Bank, leading a team of 18 in London and having full technical ownership in the production environment. From 2009 to 2010, they were a Trading Application Support Specialist at Sanford C. Bernstein. From 2005 to 2009, they were a Trading Support Technician and EMEA Helpdesk Analyst at AllianceBernstein.

Rob Brockington attended the University of Kent from 2001 to 2005, where they earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Systems Engineering.
