Naveed Hamid

Naveed Hamid has extensive work experience in the cybersecurity industry. Naveed is currently the VP of Security Solutions at ZainTech. Prior to that, they served as a Sales Director at Claroty, where they focused on securing cyber-physical systems in industrial, healthcare, and enterprise environments. Naveed also worked at Dragos, Inc. as a Senior Sales Executive, Cyberbit as the Director for the Middle East, and FireEye, Inc. as the GSI Middle East and Africa Lead. Earlier in their career, they held roles at BAE Systems Applied Intelligence, Cisco Systems, Sintelli, TruSecure, and CA Technologies. Overall, Naveed is highly experienced in developing and delivering cybersecurity solutions and has a strong background in sales and business development.

Naveed Hamid completed their Masters in Information Security from Royal Holloway, University of London in 1994-1995. Prior to that, they obtained a B.Eng in Materials Engineering from The University of Sheffield in 1991-1994. Additionally, Naveed has obtained various certifications, including the ATT&CK® Adversary Emulation Methodology Certification, ATT&CK® Cyber Threat Intelligence Certification, ATT&CK® Security Operations Center Assessment Certification, AWS Certified Security - Specialty, and AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner.
