Rich Maradik

Rich Maradik is the current Chairman at Clarus Care. Rich has also served as the President of NSight from February 2013 to June 2022, where they were responsible for acquiring and growing Property Management System businesses in the hotel and accommodation sector of the travel industry. In August 2021, NSight was sold to Fullsteam, which is part of the Aquiline Capital Partners portfolio.

Prior to their role at NSight, Maradik served as the Chief Marketing Officer at Gaylord Entertainment from February 2006 to March 2012. There, they were responsible for enterprise Sales, Marketing, Revenue Management, Call Center and Strategic Alliances for the company. In 2012, Gaylord Entertainment converted to a REIT and sold the management rights for the Gaylord Hotels brand to Marriott.

Before Gaylord Entertainment, Maradik was the Co-Founder and CEO of SmartDM, Inc. from January 1995 to February 2006.

Rich Maradik's educational career includes a Bachelor of Arts in English from Vanderbilt University.
