Francisco Parra has a strong legal background with experience in various roles. Francisco currently serves as the Vice President Legal at Clase Azul México. Prior to this, they worked at Grupo Bimbo as the Global Director General Counsel & Compliance, where they were responsible for drafting and negotiating contracts, developing legal policies, and partnering with business units to devise major strategies. Francisco also served as a Member of the Board of Directors in Latin America and as a Regional Legal Counsel. Before joining Grupo Bimbo, Francisco worked at LEC|Abogados as a Senior Associate, where they drafted contracts, conducted legal research, and maintained strong client relationships. Francisco began their legal career as a Junior Associate at Baker McKenzie, where they assisted in M&A transactions, drafted legal documents, and analyzed banking legislation.

Francisco Parra has a diverse education history. In 2000 to 2005, they pursued a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree in Derecho from Universidad Rafael Belloso Chacín. In 2006 to 2007, they specialized in Corporate Law at Universidad Metropolitana. Francisco then attended Boston University in 2007 to 2008 for English as a Second Language (ESL) studies in Foreign Languages. Francisco continued their education in 2008 at Harvard University, focusing on Government Studies with an emphasis on International Organizations. In the same year, they also obtained a Master of Laws (LLM) degree in Corporate Law from Duke University. Lastly, in 2018, they completed a training course in Effective Communications and Human Relations at Dale Carnegie Training.
