Chelsey Castrodale

Chelsey Castrodale is a seasoned Food Scientist with extensive experience in the chocolate and confectionery industry. Currently serving at Clasen Quality Chocolate since January 2017, Chelsey develops custom chocolate coatings and inclusions, overseeing the entire process from customer engagement to product scaling. Prior to this role, Chelsey held the position of Sr. Food Technologist at The Hershey Company, managing continuous improvement projects for chocolate products in North America. At Archer Daniels Midland Company, Chelsey was a Product Service and Development Manager in the Cocoa Division, focusing on new product development and technical services across multiple sales territories. Academic background includes a Master of Science in Food Science and a Bachelor of Science in Food Technology from the University of Arkansas, where Chelsey also conducted research in lipid chemistry.
