Grace Foong is an experienced analytical professional with a strong background in food technology and science. Currently serving as a Junior Analytical Scientist at Roquette since September 2021, Grace focuses on the characterization and analysis of food ingredients through analytical techniques and sensory science. Prior experience includes a role as Team Lead and Laboratory Analyst at Procter & Gamble, where responsibilities included ensuring analytical team performance and conducting stability measurements in compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP). As a Product Development Intern at Abbott, Grace conducted benchtop experiments to create emulsion systems, and previously at the Food Innovation & Resource Centre, conducted trials for a research paper on food structure. Grace holds a Bachelor's degree in Food Technology (Hons) from Singapore Institute of Technology - Massey University and a Diploma in Food Science and Technology from Singapore Polytechnic.
