JT Kaltreider, M.Ed has a wealth of experience in the education field. From 2014 to 2021, they worked in various roles at KinderCare, Sylvan Learning, American Paradigm Schools, The School District of Philadelphia, WHYY, YMCA of Bucks and Hunterdon Counties, Children's Media Association, You Matter Productions and Greater Somerset County YMCA.

JT holds a Doctor of Education (EdD) from Drexel University in Educational Leadership and Management, a School Principal Certificate from Drexel University in Education, a Master of Education (MEd) from Penn State World Campus in Special Education, and two Bachelor of Science (BS) degrees from Cairn University in Religion/Religious Studies and Education.
