Abi D.

Abi D. has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. They started their career at GL Trade LNE in 2004 as a Product Trainer, where they trained clients and staff on GL product suites. They then moved on to GL Trade London Northern Europe as the Head of Training, managing client and staff training on GL products and implementing key projects. In 2007, Abi joined GL Trade Australia Pty as a Technical Account Manager, responsible for managing client issues and maintaining software performance.

Abi then transitioned to Epsilon in 2008, first as an Educational Services Team Lead in APAC, where they delivered product training and oversaw daily operations. They later became a Product and Process Manager, working on regional project management and operations across multiple territories.

In 2013, Abi joined lululemon athletica Australia & New Zealand as an Assistant Manager, co-creating and driving the strategy across all aspects of the business. They then became an Aerial Yoga Teacher at Virgin Active, teaching various yoga classes.

Abi's next role was at MINDBODY, Inc. in 2015, where they started as an International Payments Sales Specialist, educating clients on integrated payments and leading them through the merchant application process. They later became a Senior Regional Marketing Specialist, executing regional events and optimizing marketing strategies.

Their most recent role is at FitGrid, where Abi served as a Client Services & Billing Manager, supporting the global customer base through operational processes, account management, offboarding, and billing strategies.

Currently, Abi is working at ClassPass as a Partner Development Manager.

Abi D. attended St. Michael's Grammar School, Bryn, Llanelli from 1989 to 1995, where they completed their High School education and earned their GCSEs. After that, they enrolled at Gorseinon Tertiary College from 1995 to 1997 and pursued their A-Levels in French, Spanish, and English Literature. Following their time at Gorseinon Tertiary College, Abi D. continued their education at the University of the West of England from 1997 to 2001. There, they obtained their BA (HONS) degree in French, Spanish, and European Studies.
