Director Of Enterprise Sales With Classy at Classy

Michael Schenck has a diverse range of work experience spanning multiple industries. Michael started their career as the Founder and CEO of The Save Valley Conservation Company in 2001, where they researched the needs of the US market and utilized African materials to produce contemporary craft exports. Michael traveled extensively to Africa to source new skills, materials, and resources, and oversaw the entire product life cycle.

Afterward, Schenck worked as an Account Executive at Barton Cotton from 2005 to 2009. In this role, they identified and developed client relationships, managed the entire sales process, and achieved personal and team sales goals. Michael also traveled nationally to meet potential customers.

From 2011 to 2014, Schenck served as a Strategic Account Executive at Blackbaud. Michael was recruited to expand executive relationships and grow business within the Healthcare and Human Services vertical market. Michael managed over 120 strategic clients and identified opportunities for long-term strategic partnerships.

Schenck then joined Good Done Great as a Senior Enterprise Sales Executive from 2014 to 2016. In this role, they spearheaded new business development globally, established C-level relationships, conducted on-site meetings and demonstrations, and negotiated contracts. Michael also oversaw responses to RFP and RFI.

In 2016, Schenck became an Enterprise Sales Executive at WealthEngine. Michael was recruited by the Chief Revenue Officer to expand the company's footprint within 30 key accounts and drive business development in the Washington, D.C. market.

In 2018, Schenck joined Classy.org as the Director of Enterprise Sales. Classy is a fundraising platform for social impact organizations. In this role, they played an integral part in enabling individuals and organizations to support various causes through the Classy platform.

Most recently, in 2019, Schenck became the Executive Director of The Save Valley Conservation Fund. The organization is one of the largest private game reserves in Africa, covering 750,000 acres of diverse wildlife habitat in Zimbabwe.

Michael Schenck attended The American School in London from 1993 to 1996, where they completed their high school education. Michael then went on to pursue a Bachelor's degree in History at Davidson College from 1996 to 2000.

In addition to their formal education, Michael Schenck obtained certifications in Management & Marketing Consultative Sales from the Management & Marketing Consultative Sales institution in 2013, and in FOCIS-Sales Training from Productive Strategies, Inc. in 2009.
