Rachel Zysk

Rachel May Zysk currently serves as Corporate Counsel at Claxton Hepburn Medical Center and General Counsel at Carthage Area Hospital, both positions held since March 2020. Additionally, Ms. Zysk has been Of Counsel at The Suarez Law Firm since September 2012, focusing on representing criminal defendants in various state and federal cases. Previously, Ms. Zysk worked as a White Collar Crime and Government Investigations Attorney at Carlton Fields, P.A. from April 2007 to May 2012 and as an attorney and Legal Research & Writing Specialist at The Office of the Federal Public Defender for the Middle District of Florida from December 2004 to March 2007. Ms. Zysk obtained a Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Government from St. Lawrence University, supplemented by a program at American University.
