Paul Steinbrecher

Paul Steinbrecher is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in utility and environmental services. Currently serving as Chief Engineer at Clay County Utility Authority since 2021, Paul leads the Engineering Department, overseeing the operational and financial performance of capital projects.
