Ian Hardy

Ian Hardy has over two decades of experience in the automotive and warehouse management sectors. Currently serving as the Warehouse and Distribution Manager at Clays since October 2004, Ian oversees operations at the Warehouse and Pre-Retail facility. Previously, Ian held roles at Group Lotus from October 2000 to March 2003, initially as a Manufacturing Manager and later as an Automotive Technician, specializing in the manufacturing and rectification of high-end sports cars such as the Lotus Esprit, Exige, Elise, and Vauxhall/Opel VX220/Speedster. Ian has also pursued further education, earning a Level 3 Apprenticeship in Management and Leadership from the Chartered Management Institute between 2018 and 2020, and completed secondary education at Archbishop Sancroft High School from 1991 to 1996.
