Anna Arsenault, MS Ed, currently serves as a Research Project Manager at the Clayton Christensen Institute since February 2021. Previously, Anna held various teaching positions within the NYC Department of Education from August 2016 to August 2020, including roles as a 5th Grade STEM Teacher and a 4th Grade STEM Teacher. In these positions, Anna demonstrated a strong commitment to educational success, leading students to significant achievements on state assessments and receiving multiple nominations for teaching awards. Prior teaching experience includes positions at Uncommon Schools, Lea Elementary School, and Belmont Academy Charter School, along with research assistance roles at the University of Pennsylvania and the University of Chicago Consortium on School Research. Anna earned a Master’s degree in Education from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor's degree in Public Policy from the University of Chicago.
