Wendy Seibert is an accomplished Senior Director of Talent Management at Clayton, overseeing HR, Talent, and Training teams in the Retail Business Unit since September 2019. Wendy leads the development of an organizational development roadmap, focusing on talent development, performance management, and DEIB initiatives. With extensive experience in learning and development, Wendy has previously held significant roles at Owens Corning, including Learning Strategy Leader, where strategic business and HR partnerships fostered impactful learning solutions. Wendy’s background also includes roles in investor relations and training coordination, complemented by a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix.
