Raison D'Souza

Raison D'souza is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in software development and team management. Currently serving as Engineering Leader at Clazar since May 2025, Raison previously founded a Stealth Startup in early 2025. Raison has held significant roles, including Head of Engineering for Cloud Cost Management at Harness from May 2022 to December 2024, and Director of Engineering at Synup from January 2015 to May 2022, where responsibilities included system architecture and technical support team setup. Raison also contributed as Tech Lead at MyParichay, a talent acquisition application, and as a Senior Ruby & Python Developer. Raison holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics & Communication from NMAMIT, Nitte, and Visvesvaraya Technological University, completed between January 2006 and January 2010.
