Anders Sloth Nielsen has a diverse and extensive work experience. Anders Sloth began their career as a Junior Associate/Associate at McKinsey & Company from 2011 to 2014. Anders Sloth then founded and served as CEO of WeBuildify, a social networking platform, from 2014 to 2016. After that, they worked as CCO at Occuro App, where they successfully built the customer base and managed a sales team. From 2016 to 2020, Anders held various roles at CLEAN, including International Project Manager and Co-Founder/Project Lead of the Cleantech Impact Accelerator (CIA). During their time at CLEAN, they managed project teams and secured funding for numerous startups. In 2021, Anders joined Copenhagen Capacity as a Senior Investment Manager, focusing on sustainable cities and smart city initiatives. Currently, they are the Chief Project Manager and Head of Circular Economy at CLEAN, leading efforts to solve water and environmental challenges. Additionally, they have provided expert advisory services at Baltic Tech Ventures since 2022.

Anders Sloth Nielsen holds a Master's Degree in MSc EBA (Cand. Merc. in Strategic Market Creation) from Copenhagen Business School. Anders Sloth also possesses a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from London Metropolitan University. Additionally, they attended Viborg Katedralskole for high school and participated as a USA Exchange Student at Gorham High School.
