Celeste Wanner

Celeste Wanner is a seasoned professional in the clean energy sector with extensive experience in market insights and utility engagement. Currently serving as a Senior Associate focused on Southeast Markets at the Clean Energy Buyers Association (CEBA), Celeste is responsible for enhancing market access for utility clean energy options in the Southeastern United States, particularly leading initiatives with Georgia Power. Previously, as a Senior Associate in Market Insights at CEBA, Celeste conducted research on utility green tariff programs and managed tools to assist corporate energy customers. Experience includes roles as Research and Analytics Manager at the American Wind Energy Association, where Celeste produced industry reports and assessments, as well as positions at the White House Council on Environmental Quality and various academic institutions. Celeste holds a Master of Public Affairs and a Master of Science in Environmental Science from Indiana University and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Studies from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
