Currently serving as the Director of Product Applications at Clean Food Group, Andrea previously held positions at Mars, including Director of Science, Global Chocolate, and Head of Functional Science. With a background in Food Science and Technology, Andrea has worked in various R&D positions, focusing on product design, technical support, and quality assurance. Andrea also founded AndCat Consulting, where the main focus is on translating food science into commercial opportunities and building trust in science to influence the public agenda.
