Preet Banga

Preet Banga is an accomplished individual currently serving as a Climate Change Intern at Clean Foundation and a Community Advisor at St. Francis Xavier University. Responsibilities include organizing events that foster community engagement and positive social interactions. Preet has contributed to various projects, such as "Stories of Hope," which addresses the psychological impacts of the pandemic. Additionally, Preet is actively involved in the Student's Union Equity Committee, advocating for educational equity, and serving as a Writing Center Tutor, providing academic writing support. Preet's extensive volunteer work includes supporting patients at the Nova Scotia Health Authority and assisting in organizing international youth-focused initiatives through the Global Youth Forum. An awardee of the Alumni Recognition Award, Preet is pursuing a degree in Psychology at St. Francis Xavier University.
