Brent McCombs - SPHR has extensive work experience in human resources. Brent currently holds the position of Senior Vice President, Human Resources at Clean Harbors, where they provide coaching and guidance to executives, develops and implements a comprehensive people strategy. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President & Head of Human Resources (CHRO) at Quantum Health, where they collaborated with the senior leadership team to create an outstanding employee experience and launched various functions in support of company growth.

Brent also has experience as the SVP Human Resources (CHRO) at UT Health East Texas, leading the HR integration and transformation of a newly-formed healthcare system. Earlier in their career, they held the role of Vice President, Human Resources & Workforce Optimization at Intermountain Healthcare, where they established a talent center of excellence and led activities related to recruiting, retention, and engagement.

Brent McCombs has also worked at notable companies such as Waste Management, Thermo Fisher Scientific, Mylan, Cardinal Health, and Telespectrum Worldwide, holding various HR roles. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated a strong focus on strategic HR management, talent acquisition, and talent management.

Brent McCombs - SPHR holds a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Human Resources & Labor Relations from Saint Francis University. Additionally, they have a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Public Service from West Liberty University. Furthermore, they have obtained several certifications, including the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from SHRM. Brent has also received various awards and recognition for their expertise in veteran and transitioning military recruiting programs.
