Jerry Shavrnoch

Jerry Shavrnoch has extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources, with a focus on leadership development, performance management, and talent development. Jerry has held roles such as Human Resource Director and Human Resource Business Partner at Clean Harbors, where they were responsible for assessing management strengths, driving performance, and ensuring legal compliance. Prior to Clean Harbors, Jerry worked as a Talent Development Manager at Superior Plus Propane, where they focused on employee skill development and career advancement. Jerry also has a strong background in the US Army, where they served in roles such as Quality Assurance/Compliance Inspector, Operations Manager, and Human Resource Manager. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated the ability to ensure health and safety, maintain legal compliance, and lead and develop teams.

Jerry Shavrnoch attended Genesee High School from 1987 to 1989. In 2003, they briefly studied Mathematics at Kent State University, but did not obtain a degree.
