Magdalena Kosztyla, MBA, CPA has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Magdalena began their career at Plastipak Industries Inc. in 1997 as a Cost Accountant and later became a Provisioning Manager. In 2009, they transitioned to the role of Plant Manager, overseeing operations for the company until 2018. Following this, they joined Saand Inc. as a Plant Manager from 2018 to 2020. Most recently, they have been with Clean Harbors, where they have held various leadership positions including General Manager, Vice President of Blending & Manufacturing, and currently as the Vice President of Blending, Manufacturing & Refinery Operations. Magdalena's work experience demonstrates a strong background in manufacturing operations and management, with a focus on cost control and process optimization. Their MBA and CPA qualifications contribute to their expertise in financial analysis and decision-making.
