Emma Herriman

Emma Herriman is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in planning, environment, and government law. Currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel at Cleanaway Waste Management and Principal at Herriman Legal since September 2022, Emma specializes in environment and planning law. Previous roles include Partner at HWL Ebsworth Lawyers, Senior Associate positions at Mishcon de Reya LLP, Norman Waterhouse, Ashurst LLP, and SJ Berwin LLP, and several in-house solicitor positions with Cambridge City Council and Westminster City Council. Additionally, Emma served as an Ordinary Panel Member for the State Commission Assessment Panel in South Australia from June 2020 to September 2023. Emma holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Adelaide and the Australian National University, a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Adelaide, and a Postgraduate MBA specializing in Planning and Strategy from Deakin University.
