Krystal Hart

Krystal Hart is an experienced leader in customer service and operations management, currently serving as the Regional Manager for Cleanaway Waste Management's Container Refund Scheme in Queensland since June 2020. Hart has developed and executed business strategies that enhance revenue and operational efficiency across various roles, including Head of Customer Service and General Manager at CX Advice, where sales and customer service divisions were led across Australia, New Zealand, and The Philippines. Previous positions included National Customer Operations Manager at Exclusive Tyre Distributors, with P&L responsibilities exceeding $40 million, and Head of Customer Experience and Strategy at DFME, managing a $300 million portfolio. Hart began the career at Suncorp Group as a Claims Manager and holds a Bachelor of Psychological Sciences from Swinburne University of Technology and an MBA from the University of Southern Queensland.
