Phyllis Losikoff

Medical Director of R&D at CleanSlate Centers

As Medical Director of Research and Development for CleanSlate, Dr. Losikoff oversees the development and applications of clinical outcomes to facilitate the development and implementation of evidence-based innovations targeted at improving patients’ lives. She acts as the Clinical Advisor to the Quality and Regulatory team and a CleanSlate Medical Leadership team member. During her decade with the organization, Dr. Losikoff has also served as the Medical Director for clinics in the South East Region.

Prior to her role at CleanSlate, Dr. Losikoff served as the Assistant Professor at Warren Alpert School of Medicine, Brown University. While at Brown University, her research focused on Hepatitis C Virus (HCV), elucidating the immunology of early HCV, and providing adequate screenings and treatments to high-risk marginalized populations. Dr Losikoff has extensive experience in designing and conducting clinical research, resulting in multiple peer-reviewed publications and a U.S. patent. Additionally, Dr. Losikoff has over 20 years of experience providing care to at-risk adolescents and adults suffering from Substance Use Disorder (SUD) with expertise in infectious diseases prevalent among patients with SUDs. She obtained her Medical Degree from Tel Aviv University Medical School her Master of Public Health from the Hebrew University, and is Board certified in Addiction Medicine and Pediatric Infectious Diseases.
