We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented IR Analyst to join our team. The IR Analyst will be responsible for communication strategies, financial analysis, and providing timely and accurate information to the investment community. 

Responsibilities

  • Create and present results of analyses through the creation and delivery of compelling and insightful presentations utilizing PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Gather and analyze relative stock price movement, market sentiment and industry news.
  • Gather competitive intelligence and perform valuation and benchmark analysis of industry peers.
  • Provide logistical support for earnings calls, investor/analyst events and meetings, annual meeting of shareholders and other support duties.
  • Create investor profile reports and track detailed analyst and investor meeting information in the IR database.
  • Assist with IR website content development and management.
  • Assist in preparation of earnings calls, quarterly newsletters, investor targeting, email campaigns and investor events.
  • Ideal candidate has strong business acumen, adept with financial modeling, high standards of excellence, self-starter, willingness to learn, detail-oriented and possesses strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organization skills and ability to manage/sequence multiple deliverables.
  • Work with business teams across company, including accounting, legal, and operating teams.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience with quantitative and qualitative financial analysis, obtained via roles in corporate finance, treasury, equity research, investment banking or similar functions.
  • Strong business and financial acumen with knowledge of financial modeling and financial statement analysis.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, engineering, math or related discipline or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word.
  • Knowledge of Bloomberg, FactSet and similar applications
