Philip House is the Chief Governance and Legal Officer at Clear Bank. Prior to joining Clear Bank, they served as the General Counsel at SafeNed Ltd from October 2014 to February 2016. Before that, they were with Visa Europe as the Legal/Risk Manager from April 2013 to October 2014.
