Elena Pak

Elena Pak is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management and strategic transformation across various sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Back Office at Clear Channel Europe since January 2023, Elena also co-founded and holds the position of General Manager for the UK at YaizY, an innovative startup focused on delivering engaging digital educational content for children. Previously, Elena spent 14 years at British American Tobacco, contributing in several key roles, including EU Track and Trace Programme Manager, Business Transformation Programme Manager, Finance Transformation Deployment Lead, and Head of Consumer Insights EMEA, where significant business results and strategic initiatives were achieved. Elena holds an MBA from London Business School, completed in 2003.
