Benjamin Crapp

Benjamin Crapp has extensive experience in design and user experience roles. Benjamin is currently the Head of Design and Experience at Clear Dynamics Pty Ltd, where they are responsible for managing design and experience across the organization. Prior to this, they founded their own consultancy called Crapp, where they provided services in digital strategy, user experience design, and interface design for various clients. Benjamin has also worked as a Design Manager and Experience and Strategy Lead at ANZx, where they played a key role in developing mobile app experiences and creating governance frameworks. Benjamin has worked with companies like Qantas Hotel, IBM iX, Progressclaim.com, Department of Justice and Community Safety, Victoria, Hooroo, National Australia Bank, and Sensis - Whereis, where they have contributed to various design and product innovation projects. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in design thinking, research, strategy, and team leadership.

Benjamin Crapp completed their education in a chronological manner. From 1985 to 1988, they attended Scots School and obtained their HSC degree. Following that, they enrolled in Swinburne University of Technology from 1992 to 1995, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Graphic Design. Benjamin'sfield of study during this period included art history, photography, life drawing, design, and new media.

Later, from 2002 to 2006, Benjamin Crapp attended RMIT University, where they earned their Master's degree in E Business. Benjamin'sstudies focused on entrepreneurship, marketing, innovation, advertising, law, and business systems.

In addition to their formal education, Benjamin Crapp has obtained certification in several relevant fields. In 2016, they acquired the certification in "Leading for Creativity" from IDEO U. Furthermore, they obtained the certification in "Storytelling for Influence" from the same institution in November 2020.
