Previously, Ferdie held positions at Ipsos, Insights by Kantar, Synovate, Research International, and the Philippine Survey and Research Center, demonstrating a strong track record in growing client business, managing teams, and achieving business growth across various sectors in the region. Ferdie holds a degree in AB Sociology from the University of the Philippines Los Baños.
