Ricardo Maldonado

Ricardo Maldonado serves as the National Sales Director for Medicare Field Outreach at Clear Spring Health since October 2023 and holds the position of Chair and Board Member at Small Things Inc, where efforts focus on alleviating poverty and improving food security. Previously, Ricardo was a Board Member and National Sales Director for Community Outreach at Aetna, where involvement included Dual Eligible Special Needs Programs. Additional experience includes marketing and community outreach roles in Medicare Advantage at UnitedHealth Group and event management at AL DÍA News. Notably, Ricardo held the position of Executive Director at the Chilean and American Chamber of Commerce and was the first regional manager for Universum in Latin America. Educational qualifications include a Graduate Marketing Certificate from The Wharton School, a Master's degree in International Marketing from Saint Joseph's University, and a Bachelor's in Business Administration from Universidad de Carabobo.
