Noor also has experience as a Director of Research at Compass Technology Group and as a Co-Portfolio Manager at Matthews International Capital Management. With a background in Computer Engineering and an MBA in Finance and Accounting, Noor has a wealth of experience in technology investment banking and managing global science and technology funds.
