Stefanie Ludigs

Stefanie Ludigs has extensive work experience in vendor operations and business development. Stefanie started their career at Verizon Business in 2004 as a Vendor Operations Manager, and later became a Vendor Operations Site Manager at Verizon. In 2009, they joined Verizon Small Business as a Vendor Operations Manager. From 2010 to 2015, they worked as a Business Development Consultant at US Tradelink LLC. Stefanie then moved on to Firstsource in 2015, where they held the role of Payer & Provider United Healthcare. Currently, they are serving as the Senior Director of Vendor Operations at ClearCaptions, LLC, a position they have held since October 2016.

Stefanie Ludigs earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in International Business from the University of Colorado Boulder in the years 2000 to 2011. Stefanie then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management, General from Regis University from 2012 to 2016. Additionally, they completed a program in Six Sigma Black Belt at Villanova University in 2007 and 2008, and pursued studies in Customer Service Support/Call Center/Teleservice Operation at the University of Phoenix from 2005 to 2007.
