Marcelina Szostak-Kustra

Marcelina Szostak-Kustra is an experienced professional in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as the Head of People & Culture at Clearcode since December 2015. In this role, Marcelina provides leadership and development support to employees and advises on effective employment policies. Marcelina is also the Owner of Out Of The Box and holds the position of People and Culture Manager for Poland at Qinshift since January 2024. Previous experience includes roles such as HR Specialist at Piwik PRO and Recruitment Consultant at ARCHE Consulting, as well as various internships. Marcelina holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Market Analyst from Wroclaw University of Economics and a Master's degree in Psychology from the University of Wroclaw.
