Yahia Elboukili

Yahia Elboukili has a range of work experience in various roles. From 2018 to 2019, they worked as an Administrative Assistant/Inventory Clerk at Carlos Rosario International Public Charter School, where they provided administrative support, managed supplies, and assisted staff with project-based work. In 2019, they interned at The Office of Unified Communications as a District Leadership Program Intern, offering technical support and assisting with team organization and management. In 2021, Yahia joined AbacusNext as a Tier 1 - Client Service Technical Support Engineer, providing client support and resolving technical issues. Their responsibilities included configuring access to the cloud for new clients and troubleshooting hosted apps. Most recently, since 2021, they have been working at ClearCompany Talent Management Software as a Client Solutions Specialist. In this role, they have supported clients by troubleshooting and resolving escalated support tickets, conducting system integrations, and coordinating with partner systems. Yahia is knowledgeable about the company's products and ensures a smooth integration of third-party applications.

Yahia Elboukili began their education by earning an Associate's degree in Organizational Behavior Studies from Ecole Supérieure de Technologie de Meknès (ESTM) between 2014 and 2017. Yahia then went on to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of the District of Columbia from 2019 to 2021.

In addition to their formal education, Yahia has obtained several certifications. In May 2019, they earned the CompTIA IT Fundamentals+ certification. Most recently, in April 2023, Yahia acquired the SQL for Non-Programmers certification from LinkedIn.
