Angela Pratt

Angela Pratt has extensive work experience in the insurance industry. Angela currently holds the position of Vice President of Servicing and Underwriting Operations at Clearcover, where they are responsible for transforming the operation into an omnichannel contact center. In this role, they oversee a large team and manages the budget and vendor relationships. Prior to joining Clearcover, Angela worked at Farmers Insurance for many years in various roles, including Director of Service Operations, Service Operations Agent Success Sr. Manager, Customer Experience Manager, Agency Development Manager, Sales Productivity Specialist, Marketing Specialist, DMTA, and Agency Producer/CSR. Throughout their tenure at Farmers Insurance, Angela demonstrated strong leadership skills, successfully executing strategies and achieving goals in areas such as service operations, agent experience, quality assurance, recruiting, and marketing. Before entering the insurance industry, Angela worked as an Accounts Payable professional at Vision Sign Inc.

Angela Pratt holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree from Northern Arizona University.
