Lauren Janetatos

Lauren Janetatos, SHRM-SCP, has extensive experience in human resources and people operations. Lauren is currently the Director of People Operations at ClearDATA, where they lead and oversees various teams and is responsible for developing and implementing a people strategy across the company.

Prior to ClearDATA, Janetatos served as the Regional Human Resources Manager at Climate Pros, LLC, where they partnered with company leaders to support organizational goals and drive business strategy. Lauren'sareas of focus included employee relations, HR and communication strategy, learning and development, compliance, talent management and acquisition, new hire experience and onboarding, culture, and retention.

Janetatos also worked at Care.com HomePay, where they held multiple roles. As the Employee Development and Learning Manager, they established and coordinated an organization-wide approach to training and development. Lauren also served as a Client Consultant, handling payroll and managing household employment accounts, as well as a Lead Development Representative, driving traffic and nurturing leads through the hiring process.

Additionally, Janetatos has experience as a Human Resources Manager at OutboundEngine, where they maintained client satisfaction, trained the sales team, and led the recruiting and onboarding process. Lauren also worked as a Marketing Analyst at Naked Lime, managing email and social media marketing for automotive dealerships.

Earlier in their career, Janetatos worked as an English Language Instructor at Nacel/American Village, engaging French students in English language immersion programs. Lauren also served as a Manager/Training Supervisor at Dairy Queen, where they trained new hires and cross trained business owners, and as a Cast Member at Walt Disney World.

Lauren Janetatos, SHRM-SCP, pursued their education by first obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Florida State University, where they studied from 2008 to 2011. Lauren then continued their academic journey at Saint Leo University, where they completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Human Resources Management and Services between 2011 and 2012.

In addition to their educational background, Lauren has also acquired additional certifications to further enhance their professional qualifications. In June 2022, they obtained the SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM. In January 2019, they earned a certification titled "Being a Good Mentor" from LinkedIn. These certifications contribute to their expertise in the field of human resources and demonstrate their commitment to professional development.
