Kyle Haddock has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Starting in 1998, they worked as the Regional Process Leader at Honeywell Utility Solutions. From 2001 to 2002, they served as the Director of Sales at Masco Contractor Services. In 2002, they joined Energy Information Center, Inc. as the Regional Manager, and later became the Vice President of Business Development for both EIC, Inc. and ComfortHome Corporation. In 2010, they became the Vice President of Business Development for eic|ComfortHome, a CLEAResult Family Company. From 2010 to 2015, they served as the Director of Business Development for The Energy Efficiency Alliance, and from 2012 onwards, they were the President of MCYSA. In 2013, they joined CLEAResult as the Director of Business Development, and later held roles as the Director of Operations and the Director of Market Approach.

Kyle Haddock obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Rutgers University - Newark, which they attended from 1988 to 1991. Prior to attending Rutgers, they attended the University of Scranton in 1987 and 1988, though no degree or field of study is specified. In addition to their education, Kyle has obtained various certifications including NAHB Green Building in 2008, HERS Rater in 2003, NJ State Certified Energy Auditor in 1990, NJ State Certified Energy Inspector in 1990, and BPI certifications in Building Envelope, Energy Analyst, and Heating.
