Steven Toups

Steven Toups is the current President & CEO of Cleargistix LLC. Steven has over 20 years of experience in business brokerage, valuation, and mergers and acquisitions advisory. Prior to their current position, Toups served as the Owner of Advantage Business Brokers from 2007 to 2012. Steven then became the Chief Financial Officer of Permian Services Co., LLC from 2014 to 2019. Most recently, Toups was the Chief Operating Officer/Chief Financial Officer of Bottom Line Equipment, LLC from 2012 to 2014.

Steven Toups attended Brother Martin High School and Louisiana State University, where they earned a BS in Accounting and Business Administration. Steven is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) through the Louisiana Board of CPAs and NACVA, respectively. In addition, they hold a Louisiana Real Estate Salesperson certification from the Louisiana Real Estate Commission.
