Pedro Urrutia

Pedro Urrutia has a wealth of experience in the financial industry, spanning over several decades. Pedro began their career at Wells Fargo Bank in 1996, where they worked as an International Operations Specialist and later as a Transactions Specialist. During their time at Wells Fargo, Pedro settled foreign stock, bond, and currency transactions, and also analyzed and posted income, corporate actions, and valuations to customer accounts.

In 1998, Pedro joined Trust Company of the West as a Fund Accountant, where they accounted for international investment strategy accounts and limited partnerships. Pedro'sresponsibilities included preparing cash forecasts, calculating interest, verifying accruals, calculating NAV, conducting portfolio analysis, ensuring compliance with fund guidelines, and preparing tax reports and financial statements.

In 1999, Pedro moved on to First Quadrant, where they took on the role of Sr. Investment Accountant. Pedro'sduties in this position included producing daily and monthly accounting and performance analysis for various portfolios, reporting composite performance to senior management, calculating NAVs, preparing performance attribution analysis, and creating customized reports for clients.

Pedro's most recent tenure was at Tennenbaum Capital Partners, LLC, starting in 2000. Here, they held multiple roles, including Chief Operating Officer of Tennenbaum Funds and Controller and VP of Financial Operations for the company. Pedro was responsible for corporate accounting and the back office, overseeing areas such as fund accounting, settlements, pricing, reporting, investor relations, cash management, and tax coordination. Pedro played a crucial role in expanding the firm's capabilities by implementing software and hiring additional staff to handle new funds with different investment strategies and structures.

In 2010, Pedro joined Clearlake Capital Group as their Chief Financial Officer, a position they currently hold.

Pedro Urrutia obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Economics from UC Santa Barbara, completing their education between 1994 and 1996.
