Dustin Nielsen

Dustin Nielsen is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in human resources, finance, and project management. Currently serving as Senior Manager of People at Clearlink since April 2018, Dustin has played a pivotal role in employee relations, compensation strategy development, workforce planning, and coaching management across a corporate setting with over 1,000 employees. Previous positions include HR Director at Denton House Design Studio, where responsibilities included recruitment, employee relations, and policy development, as well as various HR roles at SoFi and 1-800 CONTACTS. Dustin's earlier financial experience at companies such as Rio Tinto, University of Utah, and Chevron informs a strong analytical foundation, complementing extensive HR expertise. Dustin holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Weber State University.
