Michael Tilelli

Technical Manager, Software and Firmware at ClearOne

Michael Tilelli has a diverse work experience in the software engineering field. Michael started their career at D3 Engineering/Roadrunner Software in 1996, where they developed a workflow system for a parts procurement section. In 2000, they joined Iomega Corporation as a Software Engineer III and played a key role in writing the REV System Software. Michael also created an API in C to facilitate easy interfacing and control of REV drives.

From 2005 to 2009, Michael worked at Harman Music Group as a Software Engineer III. Michael contributed to the design and development of plug-in libraries for controlling audio equipment over Ethernet. Michael also wrote a graphical layout manager to maintain user-friendly layouts.

In 2009, Michael joined ClearOne Communications as a Senior Software Engineer. Here, they developed an application that generated code segments and classes for software-hardware interface. Michael was responsible for maintaining and enhancing backend COM applications and libraries.

Subsequently, Michael joined H&R Block in 2015 as a Senior Software Engineer and Technical Manager. Michael helped the developers of Tax Pro Software Blockworks improve their coding, problem-solving, and unit testing skills. Michael also made contributions to enhancements for the 2015 tax season.

In 2016, Michael returned to ClearOne as the Technical Manager for Software and Firmware.

Michael Tilelli attended Weber State University from 1993 to 2000, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Software Engineering.
