Carolyn McGoey Garvey

Carolyn McGoey Garvey, CPA, CA has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and companies. Carolyn is currently serving as the Co-President of OTTO Motors by Rockwell Automation and the Chief Financial Officer of Clearpath Robotics by Rockwell Automation, both starting in 2023. Previously, from 2021 to 2023, they held the position of Co-President at Clearpath Inc. Before that, they worked at Prodomax Automation Ltd. where they held multiple executive positions including Co-Chief Executive Officer, EVP & CFO, and CFO from 2008 to 2021. From 2018 to 2021, they also served as the Co CEO and VP Finance North America Light and Production Division at Prodomax, a member of the Jenoptik Group. Prior to that, they gained valuable experience at Expertech Network Installation Inc. (Bell Canada subsidiary) as the Corporate Controller, Director - Financial Planning and Analysis, Associate Director, Financial Planning & Analysis, and Senior Financial Analyst. Carolyn also worked as a Consultant for various clients including hospitals, colleges, charitable foundations, automation industry, and trust companies from 1996 to 2002. Carolyn started their career as a Senior Staff Accountant at Ernst and Young from 1990 to 1994.

Carolyn McGoey Garvey obtained their CA degree in Accountancy from the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants in 1994. Carolyn also holds the CPA, CA certification.
