Winston Henderson

Winston Henderson has extensive work experience in the legal field, particularly as a Vice President and General Counsel. Their most recent position was at Clear Scientific, Inc, where they have been serving as Vice President and General Counsel since March 2019. Prior to that, they held the same position at Nano Terra, Inc for 8 years, from March 2011 to February 2019. Before that, they served as Vice President and General Counsel at Surface Logix, Inc. from May 2000 to April 2011. Winston started their career as an Attorney at Kenyon & Kenyon from 1996 to 2000. Winston also worked as a Consultant at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) from 1990 to 1993.

Winston Henderson obtained their Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering and Electrical Engineering from Duke University, graduating in 1990. Winston then pursued further academic achievements at Duke University School of Law, where they earned their Juris Doctor degree in 1996.
